The Golden Hill Centre is a Venue for Personal Development, Art, and Innovations Workshops with Life Change Therapy; Flowering Elbow and Golden Hill Art.
The Centre is set in the midst of its own 56 acres of quiet, beautiful countryside. It is six miles from Carmarthen, 35 min drive from Ammanford, 25 minutes drive from Llandeilo, 21 miles from Llanelli. It also serves Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion.

Golden Hill Art:
Golden Hill Art is based at the Art Gallery & Studio at the Golden Hill Centre.
Hazel has explored a range of subjects through the medium of art using acrylic paint. The paintings are works of imagination. Often colour is used to depict form and many of the works portray & explore the beauty of light in the world. Most are built up with several layers of colour, giving a rich, textured relief effect. Hazel has experimented with a variety of art forms so there is something to suit a wide range of tastes in art.
Most paintings which are not on canvas are now either framed or displayed in a double mount. Limited Edition Giclee Prints are also available.

Hazel has worked as a hypnotherapist, healer and workshop leader for the past 12 years. She is also a harpist, songwriter and poet. The therapeutic work enables the release of blocks to creativity and empowers us to lead a wonderful life. She is developing new courses to facilitate such work, which will commence in the Spring of 2012.

Flowering Elbow is dedicated to imagining and making better futures, in which we are empowered to think innovatively and experiment. We devise solutions to problems big and small and inspire and enable others to do likewise. We are committed to progressive environmental and social policies, which especially encourage the re-invention and re-use of materials.
The goals of Flowering Elbow are to inspire people through what we invent and make and to help others express their creative potential by building their self-confidence, technical skills and by contributing to the creative economy. We also encourage collaboration across diverse disciplines to maximise positive environmental impacts.

Life Change Therapy:
Life Change Therapy has been developed by Hazel and Peter Saville from a synergy of therapeutic tools and healing modalities. These include: Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Time Line Therapy & Theta Healing.
Life Change Therapy combines the best of theseapproaches, together with some other modern therapies (for example Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT) in a unique way, individually tailored as appropriate for each individual and their own goals. Many conditions are dealt with in 1-3 sessions, with lasting results.
